We take protection seriously. Door frames get wrapped, floors get covered with runner mats, and every piece of furniture is blanket-wrapped before it touches a wall. We've never had a damage claim on furniture we've wrapped correctly.
Yes. Antiques need extra care in wrapping and handling, which we provide. If you have a very high-value or delicate piece, let us know at quote stage so we can bring the right materials.
We assess access before the move. If a piece won't fit through a door, we disassemble it. If it's a single-piece sofa or similar, we'll advise on the best approach including window removal if needed (for very large items).
